How do I close my account?

To close your account, please follow these simple steps:

1. Make sure you have a zero balance in your account.
2. If you have a positive balance, please go to your wallet and withdraw all your funds.
3. Fill in the form below with your request to close your account and any additional information you wish to share.

Once we receive and process your request, your account will be closed immediately. You will receive confirmation by email.

Please note that once your account is closed, all your account data, transaction history, and settings will be permanently deleted.
