Uniswap's UNI Jumps 50% on Proposal to Upgrade Governance

Decentralized lending protocol Uniswap's governance token {{UNI}} jumped Friday as much as 50% after a proposal to overhaul the protocol's governance system, submitted by Uniswap Foundation's governance lead, Erin Koen.

"This upgrade would reward UNI holders who have staked and delegated their tokens," the Uniswap Foundation posted on X post.
